To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: * 24-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. *Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total cost of all scheduled services. *N-Show appointments: Clients who do no show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total cost of all scheduled services. *These fees will be charged to the card on file and must be paid before booking future appointments.
